Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Jawad Radeef, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, the Women’s Affairs Unit organized the first annual festival in honor of the Iraqi Women’s National Day, under the slogan: “Iraqi Woman… Strength, Creativity, and Endless Giving.”
The festival began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the reading of Surah Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of the nation, followed by a presentation highlighting the activities of the Women’s Affairs Unit in the college, concluded with a creative segment that included poetry readings presented by the college students.
In his speech on this occasion, the Dean of the college extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the attendees, praising the role of Iraqi women in various fields of life and emphasizing their active role in building society. The festival concluded with the honoring of female faculty members, staff, workers, and outstanding students, in appreciation of their efforts and contributions to the development and success of the college.
