As part of the Law College’s Dean’s plan to enhance cultural and historical knowledge in the legal field for students and those interested in this area, which includes introducing the civilizational achievements in the field of law, the Law College Museum at Al-Qadisiyah University welcomed students from the Outstanding Girls’ High School along with several teachers from the school during its weekly activities. The visit was hosted by the Dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib, the Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamdallah Ahmed, and Dr. Ali Hamzah Jabr, the museum director.
The aim of the visit was to introduce students to the cultural heritage of various civilizations in the context of legal texts in Roman, Egyptian, and Mesopotamian civilizations. The necessity of intensifying students’ efforts to explore the ancient civilizational contributions in the field of legal text formulation was emphasized.
