Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Atheer Abdul Amir Al-Mashhadi, along with the follow-up of the Director of the Student Activities Department, Professor Dr. Imad Awda Al-Amiri, and Assistant Lecturer Salah Hassan Al-Awadi, the respected head of the scouting division, the Student Activities Department / Scouting Division organized a workshop on rope arts (teaching knots and special bindings for tying ropes in scouting camps) in the gardens of the university presidency with a wide student attendance.

The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Khafif Al-Zubaidi, a member of the scouting ministerial committee and head of the Student Activities Division at the College of Engineering. The workshop covered scouting skills in rope arts, focusing on teaching knots and special bindings for tying ropes in scouting camps. Dr. Ahmed Al-Zubaidi explained the history of learning rope arts, its types, methods, and importance, and conducted a practical application to convey information to the scouts and attendees about the significance of mastering rope tying.
