Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Atheer Abdul Amir Al-Mashhadi, and the follow-up of the Director of the Student Activities Department, Professor Dr. Imad Awda Al-Amiri, along with Assistant Lecturer Salah Hassan Al-Awadi, the respected head of the scouting division, the Student Activities Department/Scouting Division organized a workshop on “Tracking Footprints” in the gardens of the university presidency with wide student participation.
The workshop was attended by the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Star Hamid Al-Janabi, the Director of the Media and Government Communication Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Jumaa, and a large number of esteemed university professors.
Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Khafif Al-Zubaidi, a member of the scouting ministerial committee and head of the student activities division at the College of Engineering, presented the workshop, which covered scouting skills, including tracking footprints. Dr. Ahmed Al-Zubaidi explained the history of the emergence of tracking footprints, its types, methods, and importance, and demonstrated through practical application to convey information to the scouts and attendees about the significance of tracking footprints.
The Director of the Student Activities Department expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the esteemed guests and attendees, to the lecturer Dr. Ahmed Adnan, and to the heads of divisions and their staff, as well as to the head of the scouting division, Mr. Salah Al-Awadi, and his team for their success in organizing this wonderful scouting workshop.
