The President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazim Jabr Al-Jubouri, launched the first initiative for the major afforestation campaign in the gardens of Al-Qadisiyah University, announcing the start of the campaign that will include all colleges of the university for the year 2024-2025.
This came through his direct planting of a group of seedlings of evergreen trees and useful plants in the gardens of the university presidency in order to cultivate the largest possible area for the sake of a greener and more sustainable university environment, as Al-Qadisiyah University seeks to achieve (the green university) by the year 2030.
